My Mission
I believe psilocybin is more than a substance—it’s our teacher, our healer, and a bridge between worlds. My mission with The Wisdom of Mushrooms is to offer grounded, compassionate guidance that honours both modern science and ancient wisdom. Through one-on-one consultations, carefully crafted resources, and immersive events, I help individuals navigate their journeys with clarity, safety, and deep respect.
I’m committed to demystifying psychedelics—replacing fear with understanding, and stigma with thoughtful dialogue. By sharing evidence-based insights and real-world experience, I empower people to explore psilocybin’s potential for healing trauma, awakening self-awareness, and reconnecting with nature. This work isn’t just about better trips; it’s about transforming lives through intentional practice and thoughtful integration.

My Vision
I envision a future where psilocybin mushrooms are recognized and revered as powerful allies in personal and collective transformation. I see a world where these sacred fungi are embraced—where therapy spaces, retreats, and community circles harness their power to heal, inspire creativity, and deepen our connection to the Earth.
This vision lives in my daily work. I’m building toward a culture where psychedelic wisdom is accessible without stigma, where traditional knowledge walks hand-in-hand with clinical research, and where every seeker finds support instead of shame. Through my writing, consultations, and community building, I’m planting seeds for a more awakened, compassionate world—one mindful step at a time.

Abby – (1 on 1 session)
I first met with Tom around 3 years ago. From that first meeting I felt I could trust him instantly. I felt safe to divulge my inner workings and thoughts, often sharing things I’d never voiced before. Tom has a natural ability to make you feel safe and comfortable. I’ve never felt judged, always acknowledged, seen, and heard—something I later realised was deeply connected to much of my trauma. Before the ceremony even began, we were uncovering parts of myself I hadn’t realised were there, and it all seemed to happen effortlessly on my part (…)
Lidia – (1 on 1 session)
I had my first psilocybin session with Tom in March. Not knowing exactly what to expect, I only knew that I wanted to dive into deeper layers of myself—to find inner peace and gain a better understanding of who I am. After that first session, I felt an immediate sense of relief, and my perspective expanded in ways I hadn’t anticipated (…)

I recently had an incredibly profound therapy session with Tom. Every aspect of the experience felt thoughtfully planned and highly professional. From our initial meeting, where we had an in-depth conversation about his approach, my struggles, and the areas I wanted to work on, it was clear he brought a wealth of personal knowledge and experience to his practice. Tom’s openness about his own journey made me feel at ease, and his ability to provide honest insights—saying what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear—proved invaluable on my healing journey (…)
Lia – (1 on 1 session)
The protocol Tom follows instills complete confidence in the process. Although I had no previous experience with psychedelics, I entrusted him fully, which is crucial in these situations. During the preparation, Tom is readily available to answer any questions, and if someone isn’t ready, he’s the first to suggest they wait or even decline the session for their benefit. (…)

What do I start with….
Wow. Unforgettable experience 😊 The world doesn’t look the same anymore; there is more understanding and love inside me.
I had my session with Tom in May. I met with Tom days before the session to discuss the details. Tom was very reassuring and understanding. On the day of my session, I felt a little excited and anxious. When I arrived, Tom walked me through the process and created a safe space for me. (…)
